Willowridge High School Class of 1991 Reunion Weekend
By registering for and attending the Class of 1991 Reunion Weekend (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Tickets
All attendees must complete registration through the official event website. Each registration is valid only for the individual(s) listed at the time of purchase. Tickets and registrations are not transferable unless approved by the event organizers.
Attendees should bring their confirmation email or digital ticket for check-in.
2. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment or approved installment payments must be completed by the posted deadlines in order to attend the Event. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the registration.
The event organizers reserve the right to update pricing or deadlines if necessary, with notice posted on the event website.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, schedule conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances.
If the Event must be postponed or modified, the organizers will communicate next steps to registered attendees.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event schedule, venue, or activities, if necessary. If the Event is canceled, information regarding next steps will be shared with registered attendees.
5. Entry Requirements
Admission to the Event requires a valid registration and confirmation. The organizers reserve the right to verify registration at check-in.
6. Assumption of Risk
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that participation in event activities involves normal and reasonable risks associated with travel, gatherings, and social events. You agree to attend at your own discretion and responsibility.
7. Photography and Media
By attending the Event, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the Event to be used for reunion-related communications, social media, and future class promotions, unless you notify the organizers in advance.
8. Guest Conduct
This reunion is intended to be a positive, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask all attendees to treat fellow classmates, guests, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, the event organizers reserve the right to address behavior that disrupts the Event, violates venue policies, or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable situation for others. In rare cases, this may include asking an attendee to leave the Event. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, or for personal injuries that may occur during the Event, except as required by law.
10. Agreement
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
